Loved having Concraft at our home. They did so much and helped us out after our flood. They handled the water mitigation, made sure it was dry, replaced the carpet, and did very nice work with the rest of the basement. We need to thank Tai, Tim, and Andrew, for their hard work and dedication to getting our basement back in order. Thanks again Concraft!

Great company and staff. We used their services for a major water leak. They showed up immediately and handled the water mitigation professionally. Then moved on to the repair and did an awesome job as well. From managing the project to doing the drywall, painting and carpet work to providing updates and communication with the main office. Tai, Sal, Tim, Jimmy, Andrew and Josh were very pleasant to work with and super professional and courteous. I would use their services again without a doubt.

I had a pipe burst in my basement causing extensive water damages to interior walls, bathroom and flooring I was very satisfied with the remediation and reconstruction work performed by Concraft. Their workers were timely in completing the job and the quality of workmanship was outstanding. The project team assigned to my job was very professional; answered my questions and quickly addressed any concerns regarding project work performance and completion.

From start to finish,Concraft has been very helpful when my basement bathroom & laundry room flooded. My project manager was Tia Martin,the absolute best in the business,along with her team Tim(great,great person),Morgan(great communicator),Andrew & Anthony(so very helpful),I was lucky throughout my whole project,with great communication,friendly,knowledgeable,& just plain down to earth great bunch of people. I felt I & my project were in good hands,any concerns were promptly addressed,and all questions answered. I'd like to give a special shot out to Tia,she is the one of the nicest,most sincere people I have ever met,always a smile,always a helping hand,going above & beyond to make sure I was always kept in the loop,explaining everything to me in detail,never impatient with alot of my concerns,I hope she knows how much I appreciated all her help,concern,& beautiful spirit. Concraft is a great company to work with. Aneil, the Vice President, is always available for any need or question that comes up when dealing with a loss. When you have a loss happen and need to make recommendations to a condo community, you need a company that you can trust. You can trust Aneil and Concraft!

Concraft completely demoed and rebuilt or fire destroyed condo to a quality about all expectations and to our total satisfaction. Concraft was in charge in restoring my condo after water damage at my condo. They were the very best contractors I have worked with in a very long time. I am very pleased to have worked the whole crew: Morgan was always pleasant to help set appointments. Tai was so kind and explained everything. She was so detailed in making sure the job site was protected as well as seeing it thru to the end. Her and her crew, Tim, Andrew, Anthony, Jim, Steve & Abby.. all did a wonderful job. I’m surely going to have them do any of my next projects.

Concraft did a repair for me after a water leakage from my upstairs neighbor, which includes dry wall repair, skimming old texture walls of a small bedroom to smooth, and painting. I had water mitigation and repair work done by Concraft multiple times over the last 5 years, and this was by far the best team/ experience I have ever had. Tai was the project manager, she was attentive and super easy to communicate with. Her team, Sal, Jim and Steve, did an awesome job on my walls, they went above and beyond, there is no details were missing. Not only everything is repaired, it is now much better than before, and that only took them three days. I highly recommend Tai, Sal, Jim, and Steve, they were very easy to work with and delivered high quality work.

After massive flooding in our area, our community had basements with both water and sewage. Concraft was contacted. From the initial consult with Damien to Mike And his crew of 4, they ROCKED my job! They were efficient, friendly, answered all my questions, worked exceptionally well together and did a fantastic job. I couldn't be happier knowing my basement is now clean and sanitized! HIGHLY recommend!

Had water in my basement after the recent storms. The employees were very professional did a great job. Explained what they were doing thru the whole drying and sanitizing process. Highly recommend them!
