- Comment: Aniel Kersey was helpful in that he listened to concerns and acknowledged the issues with the work. Mike Gross did a very nice job making sure repairs were done satisfactorily the second time. Our negative experience with Concraft was a result of our experience in dealing with Jason Babeck. Jason was not attentive to details, failed to communicate with us effectively and was less than pleasant at times. We had to resend selections over and over, final walk through we still had no shower door and incorrect light fixtures (missed this). I feel we cannot recommend Concraft due to the fact that Jason still works there and do not wish anyone to experience the stress and frustration in dealing with him at a time that is already stressful.
