  • Comment: Tyler was especially kind and helpful in accommodating my needs and requests in a long distance situation. However, after I took his advice and ordered and paid for the Environmental Testing I never heard back regarding his interpretation of those findings. I really needed that very much and got too busy to write before this. I also arranged with him to check on pricing and getting back to me about a new front door and screen door. It is still my greatest heartache and worry that the main entrance may lack necessary security.
