  • Comment: The 2 staff members that worked at the house were very friendly and professional. However, they said that they would return after the carpet was installed to help put items and furniture back in place but they did not mention that there would be an additional charge. "Just call Tyler and he would set up a date". It was then that we were told it was an extra charge. I feel we were mislead about the after process.
