- Comment: Tyler was wonderful with the water loss I had in my home. I have a tenant who was very leery of the chemicals used to sanitize and Tyler explained everything and made her feel at ease. I cannot say enough good things about Tyler. He was very professional and generous. It's wonderful to have large companies like Concraft that still care about people and takes the time to show them.
