- Comment: All the employees made this situation a wonderful experience. I'd like to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional work performed by your team in addressing the water damage at my home from start to finish. Concraft demonstrates an extraordinary level of professionalism and expertise. Josh Burrough was amazing from the first time we met with him. He's truly a remarkable person. His extensive knowledge in various subjects on our repairs makes him a go-to resource when seeking insight or guidance. Not only that, but his kindness and genuine nature stands out. He always took the time to listen, making us feel valued and respected. His whole team (Catherine, Christie, Harvey, Abbey, and the flooring crew) were outstanding in every aspect of their work. Their knowledge and skills were evident, and they went above and beyond in every task they undertook. Punctuality was impeccable, communications were prompt and clear. Their responsiveness was truly reassuring during such a stressful time. I was particularly impressed with the initial response time when the issue first arose. Their swift action in removing the water, tearing out damaged material, replacing areas of flooring that was damaged and managing the cleanup was effective and thorough. Their ability to handle the situation so adeptly gave me peace of mind and I am extremely happy with the results.
