  • Comment: All of the staff working at the house were polite and did very good work. Communication on appointments and actual times was ( at times) very confusing. Confirmation through email would have been extremely helpful. Communication with project director ( not staff) was somewhat frustrating. The entire project took 2 months. While I realize some of this was because of the insurance company, it was very frustrating over the 2 month period.
