- Comment: From start to finish all of the Concraft employees have been fantastic. Nick and Kendra first came out to evaluate the damage to my house. They wrote up their report and got it approved by USAA. Josh, the Project Manager, has been SO NICE to work with! Josh and Catherine were very good at keeping me up to date on the progress. Catherine would send an email or give me a call to explain when anyone was going to be working on my house. Harvey came to put in my new kitchen window - he did such a neat and clean job. The next day he replaced a damaged railing on my deck and power washed the entire deck! He went far beyond his job. Abbey came to paint around the new window in the kitchen. She matched the original paint and got a new gallon of paint to use!! I am blessed to have a new roof, new siding, window and fence around my garden. Thank you all SO VERY MUCH for your kindness and outstanding professional work!
