- Comment: Many compliments to Concraft for excellent response and workmanship. My son's wife was one day overdue with their first child when their basement had a water backup "flood". I called Aneil and Joe at Concraft. When I arrived at my son's house, there was mayhem. My son and his wife were nervous and panicky along with friends they had over, I took care of the insurance side then went to work calming them down, shortly afterwards Joe arrived and from the beginning, took reassuring steps that helped re-focus all of them. Finally, when the clean up crew came, their professionalism, care and speed were amazing. Thank you all!
