- Comment: Damien Lipe, Project Manager, was very considerate of my renter. Being ill throughout the time of the renovation, he had to convey most of the progress and concerns to the renters designated person. He kept me, as a homeowner, well informed, always got my approval when decisions needed to be made. He and his team were very considerate of my home.
