- Comment: Mike Gross did a wonderful job with the restoration and renovations of my home after a March 9 house fire. Extremely helpful and caring of my situation. He made a horrific time much easier to deal with. Very dependable. I so appreciate all he did for me. He made me feel very comfortable while working with him. Very professional yet easy going. Many many thanks to Mike for all you've done for me. I also want to mention Cookie who helped me move back into my home. I had over 100 boxes of various shapes and sizes to unpack and find places for. She was very fast and efficient and very nice to work with. A huge help to me. Many thanks to you Cookie. I am very happy and please with the outcome of my home. A job well done. Thank you Concraft!!!
