- Comment: Came over quickly after flood. We appreciated that very much. Thank you! Our phone was not working when we found out when AT&T came out that our phone line in the basement was cut. I know it was not done on purpose but when carpet was ripped out the phone line was torn. Just letting you know. As I said, I'm sure it was an accident. Your service was great. We just don't like to be called, we are elderly.
