- Comment: After my first phone call to Concraft, they responded very fast to get to us from the Aug 11th flood and clean our basement but I was not told how much the whole cleaning would cost us and was quite surprised when we received the second half of our bill and to find out were were charged for things we shouldn't have been charged for. The bill was, however, corrected.
