  • Comment: Matt and the first employees on site when the basement was first flooded were very friendly and helpful! They made a stressful experience much less upsetting. Overall was a very good experience. But, the response time on the construction redo was rather slow and there were some annoying delays in scheduling. Also, we felt that there was too much of an emphasis on a down payment for the redo and final payment on receipt. We felt this came across as though we were dead beats and we obviously are not.
