- Comment: We had one problem: The repair and painting was done so quickly and we had a leak the same day the painting was completed. They had to come back and re-caulk. We were then concerned that the water problem that caused the damage had not been solved. The original caulking was done in very cold weather, we are not 100% certain that the water problem was solved.
