  • Comment: I would like to thank the water extraction team that I worked with during one of the most devastating days/nights of my life. I came home to a broken water pipe that flooded my first floor and basement of my condo, how devastating! My property management company called in your team and they were there in what seemed like seconds. When they arrived, they politely and professionally introduced themselves, (Tyler, Terrance and Tim). You could see that they were expecting devastated homeowners and they were ready to get the job done in a very professional manner. After they assessed the situation and the personalities of the customers (me, my sister and my mom), there was a comforting change. What you need to know, is my family has a positive out look on life and we believe attitude is half the battle, so that night during the water extraction my family was laughing and joking, it makes the work easier. The guys picked up on this and responded appropriately. The team and my family worked endlessly for the next 7 hours. By the time the team was leaving at 5:30am, I felt like they were my older brothers looking out for their little sister. I would like to compliment and THANK Tyler, Terrance and Tim for making one of the worst days of my life a positive event! Without their knowledge, hard work and great personalities this even could have been horrifying.
