- Comment: I just wanted to express my appreciation for your quick response, attention to detail as well as your overall handling of our water damaged basement. As you know, these types of situations are stressful enough but it can get worse without a reliable contractor. your company and Joe specifically took very good care of my parents several years ago and when I needed this type of work, there were no questions in their minds who could be recommended. I see why. Thank you again to Joe and the staff at Concraft for your professionalism and commitment to detail. You were prompt and followed through on your work. Something that many companies are lacking today. I hope you don't need this service in the near future but rest assured, if the need arises with myself or anyone I know, you will be the first call.
