When we refer a client to you, we have every confidence that he or she will be treated with the utmost kindness and respect; that your company's work will be performed proficiently and expeditiously, and that our client will be satisfied with the outcome. As you know, experiencing a loss to one's home and belongings is a highly stressful and emotional situation; therefore, you are reaching out to the people in what may be a very low time in their lives.
