- Comment: Very Professional. We have been extremely happy with the patience and professionalism of everyone we have had contact with from Concraft, from their remediation crew to their restoration crew. All have been a pleasure to work with under challenging circumstances. (Uncooperative condominium unit owner.) Billing department is efficient and pleasant. I recommend Concraft. The VP video was a nice touch.
