Meet Bob Majewski, our esteemed Senior Estimator at Concraft. With a passion for construction and over 26 years of experience in the industry, Bob brings an unparalleled level of knowledge and expertise to every project he undertakes.
Bob is a graduate of Lawrence Technical University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Architecture. His degree, coupled with his extensive experience, has provided him with a solid foundation to understand building practices, processes, materials, and engineering. This enables him to write thorough and accurate estimates, ensuring that all aspects of a project are accounted for.
As a Senior Estimator at Concraft, Bob's role involves preparing, negotiating, and settling repair estimates with insurance adjusters and homeowners for both small-scale and large-loss projects. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence ensures that all estimates are delivered with precision and care.
When Bob is not working, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, playing sports, boating, and watching Marvel movies. His favorite quote, "Success is not handed to you; you earn it," is a testament to his strong work ethic and dedication to his craft.

Our crews performed immediate water mitigation, secured the exterior of the building, and repaired all three affected units to their original condition. The owner of the condominium association liked our work well enough that Concraft also was hired to replace several roofs in the community.

Mitigation crews set up drying equipment, cleared debris, and extracted water after discovering a collapsed ceiling, along with water-soaked flooring materials and drywall. Concraft was called to the scene after a car ran into a condominium, causing extensive damages to the building. Eventually, the car ignited and caused smoke and water damage to 3 units. Concraft cleaned and secured the site, then restored the 3 units to pre-loss condition. The damaged units totaled approximately 3,600 sq. ft.

After a broken pipe caused water damages to office suites, a bar area, a dance floor, a stage, and the dining area, our crews worked throughout the weekend -- day and night -- to get the water mitigated. Concraft was also hired by the owner to handle structural repairs at the 10,000-square-foot facility. Repairs included the replacement of flooring, drywall, acoustical ceiling tiles, and insulation. The bar and recreation area were still in use during our reconstruction process.

Concraft crews responded to a call in the wake of a tornado that blew the metal roof off a 10,000 sq. ft. building. The structure sustained electrical, heating/cooling, water, and structural damages. Within 45 minutes, the Concraft team was on-site to coordinate the repair & restoration efforts while applying emergency board-up and tarping procedures to prevent further damage. Concraft technicians temporarily repaired the roof so the tenants could continue to do business. The building repairs included replacement of the roof, mechanicals, flooring, drywall, and paint. A tornado blew through Macomb County damaging many homes and businesses. Concraft received a call from an Auto Owners Insurance Agent frantic about a claim his premier client was experiencing.
