Concraft was engaged by the board of directors to execute the complete restoration and repair of the buidling. This is an ongoing project, check back for after photos.

Concraft was engaged by the managing agent and board of directors to secure the building and restore the building to pre-loss condition.

Concraft arrived to the scene after being contacted by the building owner. Concraft secured the site by boarding up broken windows, extracting water, and tarping of the roof.

Concraft also estimated all the damages and worked to settle the claim with the owners insurance carrier and ultimately rebuild the burnt apartment building. 

Concraft was hired by the Association to secure the building and provide complete reconstruction services.

Concraft provided emergency water extraction, demolition, and drying to the water damaged units and common hallways. Concraft was also hired by the apartment owner to handle the complete reconstruction and restoration of the units and common hallways.

Concraft was hired by the condo association to handle all necessary repairs to the building caused by the fire.

Concraft was summoned after a foreclosed unit on the 11th floor of a high-rise building had a broken pipe that flooded all the levels of the structure. Concraft performed immediate water mitigation and repaired the damaged units and common hallways. Eventually, we restored approximately 20,000 sq. ft. of the building.

A water line disconnected and flooded offices, hallways, breakrooms, and bathrooms. Concraft handled the water cleanup and also was hired for the structural repairs. We completed all of the restoration work while the business continued to operate.

Concraft worked with all 3 co-owners and their H-06 insurance company adjusters along with the association manager and association insurance carrier on settling the scope of work, cost, and repairs. We had to dry all the structures from water damage, also do all remodeling construction work to bring the condos back to its original state.

Concraft technicians arrived in response to a call that the condominium had experienced significant fire, smoke, and water damages from a fire that started in a second story unit. Our crews performed immediate water mitigation, secured the exterior of the building, and repaired all three affected units to their original condition. The owner of the condominium association liked our work well enough that Concraft also was hired to replace several roofs in the community.

Concraft received a call from a Farm Bureau Agent because strong winds blew off a portion of a roof during a severe storm. Concraft removed the floodwater and debris from the building and remediated the water damage. We also repaired the structural damages and restored the building to its original condition.

Concraft technicians responded to a flood after a stackable washing machine on the top floor malfunctioned. The floodwater impacted all floors of the building. Because we were alerted immediately by the insurance agent and site manager, Concraft was able to mitigate the damages, save money, and get the situation back to normal very quickly.

Concraft was summoned after a water main break in the ceiling caused a flood. Mitigation crews set up drying equipment, cleared debris, and extracted water after discovering a collapsed ceiling, along with water-soaked flooring materials and drywall. The standing water also damaged some concrete. Concraft handled the water mitigation and restoration efforts.

Concraft was called to the scene after a car ran into a condominium, causing extensive damages to the building. Eventually, the car ignited and caused smoke and water damage to 3 units. Concraft cleaned and secured the site, then restored the 3 units to pre-loss condition. The damaged units totaled approximately 3,600 sq. ft.

The customer was awakened because his pickup truck was on fire. The fire extended to the condominium structure, damaging 4 units. Of the damaged units, 2 required replacement roof trusses. Concraft was called by the CAU Insurance agent and our crew was on-site within an hour to secure the building, meet with board members, and consult with the co-owners. Concraft representatives educated the members on their responsibility for repairs, the insurance process, and rebuilt all 4 units to their original specifications.

Concraft provided fire repairs for both the association and co-owners. Concraft worked with the H-06 carriers and association carrier to settle the building repair estimate and agree to a scope of work for repairs. Concraft also provided content cleaning and storage for the co-owners effected by smoke damage.

After a broken pipe caused water damages to office suites, a bar area, a dance floor, a stage, and the dining area, our crews worked throughout the weekend -- day and night -- to get the water mitigated. Concraft was also hired by the owner to handle structural repairs at the 10,000-square-foot facility. Repairs included the replacement of flooring, drywall, acoustical ceiling tiles, and insulation. The bar and recreation area were still in use during our reconstruction process.

A kitchen fire damaged 36,000 sq. ft. of a 3-story senior living facility. Concraft restored the unit and common area impacted by smoke and soot damages, then handled the water damage to all three floors that resulted from extinguishing the blaze.

Concraft rebuilt the entire unit after it was destroyed by a fire that caused significant smoke and fire damages throughout the 1,200 sq. ft. unit.

After a fire gutted the upstairs portion of this 2,500 sq. ft. home, water used to contain the blaze saturated the main level and basement. Concraft completely rebuilt the home in a span of 4 months.

A sprinkler leak on the 5th floor of this high-rise, multi-family structure caused a major flood. The water flooded approximately 15,000 sq. ft. of living areas and common areas. Concraft performed emergency water mitigation with a crew of 20 people. We also handled the repairs and restoration efforts following the water cleanup.

Concraft crews performed a partial roof truss replacement. We also repaired, renovated and restored the affected units to their pre-loss condition in the wake of an electrical fire that caused severe damage to 8 units.

Concraft crews responded to a call in the wake of a tornado that blew the metal roof off a 10,000 sq. ft. building. The structure sustained electrical, heating/cooling, water, and structural damages. Within 45 minutes, the Concraft team was on-site to coordinate the repair & restoration efforts while applying emergency board-up and tarping procedures to prevent further damage. Concraft technicians temporarily repaired the roof so the tenants could continue to do business. The building repairs included replacement of the roof, mechanicals, flooring, drywall, and paint. A tornado blew through Macomb County damaging many homes and businesses. Concraft received a call from an Auto Owners Insurance Agent frantic about a claim his premier client was experiencing.
