- Comment: The mitigation team was thoughtful in leaving a container of disinfectant that he was using so I can clean items that came into contact with the standing water. The restoration team treated my home as if it was their own. Tom provided helpful tips from how to beautify, improve securing and increase my energy savings. Every day it was a joy to have Tom as a guest. Another employee I'd like to recognize is Damien for speaking with my home warranty company to provide the balance for me to hire a plumber to install a new sump pump and Jason for communicating with his on call plumber to perform installation at a lower rate. From mitigation to repair, Concraft treated my home as if it was theirs. The teams were thoughtful, kind, and transparent. In terms of communicating each stage of the process in getting me back to the state before the untimely event had occurred. Thank you Concraft!
