We were contacted following a major fire that occurred in a multi-family dwelling, resulting in significant damage to three units and secondary damage to four surrounding units. Our services were requested to handle the emergency board up and to secure the property from any further damages.

Concraft is currently in the process of preparing the repair scope estimate and working closely with the building owners and insurance companies to determine the final cost. Once approved, our team will immediately begin the repairs. We will be frequently updating the website with progress photos as we work towards restoring the property to its pre-loss condition.
