- Comment: From the beginning I had no idea what to expect, my insurance company chose this company for me. So glad they did! Customer service was not simply good; it was extraordinary in every sense, from the front desk to the back door. They promised an excellent job and after its completion this company exceeded all my expectations. Important to me they were prompt, cheerful, professional and hard-working team. I would like to give Special Thanks to the people who worked with me in my home from the CONCRAFT Team and Staff.
