- Comment: When our three year old house had two roof leaks, to say I was upset and stressed is an understatement. Due to the reason for the leaks, there was no warranty coverage and I had to make an insurance claim. We worked with Concraft and I cannot say enough positive things. Every person I encountered was pleasant, happy, polite and patient. All of my questions were answered and I never felt like I didn't understand what was going to happen next. Everyone who visited my home was friendly and I never felt rushed. They worked with my schedule and the final product looks great. How we got here was not fun, but I felt so pleased at the end of the repairs that I had to admit it was an overall positive experience. Scott, Shaun, Crystal, Tyler, Melissa, Josh (both of them) and Marquelle all were absolutely wonderful.
