  • Comment: The condo above mine sprung a leak on the hot water tank at 3:30 am May 19th. It saturated so many places in my unit. The water was even coming down on the outside of my slider.
    The management company called Concraft and they were out by 5:00 am. I live quite far from them but they made great timing. The emergency mitigation team got things go right away. I had equipment in my place into August. They had to keep checking and removing more and more drywall and flooding.
    Anyone who knows about condo insurance knows its a nightmare. Everyone tries to say its the other person's responsibility. Bob Majewski was assigned my claim and he assigned to Tai Martin was the project manager. Once she was assigned the work got done so quickly and efficiently. She runs a great crew. I was in this business for over 20 yrs on the insurance side. I would have been thrilled to work with her to bring a claim to closure.
    Chris and the mitigation team worked so tirelessly even though my insurance company sadly gave them a hard time..
    My unit was completed on October 22, 2025 and while I haven't seen it in person yet I have seen videos and its gorgeous.
    I would HIGHLY recommend Concraft and i am very hesitant on recommendations.
    I hope you never have a catastrophe but if you do call Cincraft from the start..
