- Comment: My condo flooded last year due to a hot water pipe that burst. Concraft is the team the management company chose for the large task of fixing and restorating the damage from the flood. Dakota has been there through the renovation. There was a hold up on my end and the team was patient while I got everything figured out. Dakota has been knowledgeable, kind, thoughtful, patient and extremely helpful. He has been sure to answer all of my questions and promptly address any issues. Give that guy a raise! The project is now coming to a close and my condo looks amazing. From headache to excitement over the new place. Thank you so much!
