A large tree fell through our home in August 2025 causing extensive damage both inside and outside our home. Concraft was on site the very next morning (Shawn and Tyler) providing information and plans for us on where to even start!
In a very overwhelming situation, Concraft was consistent and reliable. We had a very thorough assessment of the needed work from Bob, which helped the insurance process be as smooth as it could be. Staff explained the repair process through each phase and was patient for all of my questions!
Our repair team led by Dakota and Luay were reliable and responsive to questions and requests. Their communication was consistent and timely. Any in person work or meetings that were planned were shared with us in advance to allow us to be present whenever we were able.
We had to move out of our home and being displaced was very stressful. Dakota was so understanding and great in getting finishing work pushed through in the beginning of December to make our request of a Christmas at home possible! I don’t know that another contract supervisor would have cared as much about how important Christmas was to us but Dakota did.
Concraft staff (Sumer) was great about giving weekly project updates via email and being quick in turnaround of contracts to keep the work moving.
We hope to never need these type o services again, but if we do, we will use Concraft! -
