Comment: My family and I faced a situation where a burst shut-off valve in our main bathroom ending up causing significant water damage to that area of our home which then required remediation and repairs. After a separate remediation company completed its work, our insurance company offered to connect us with one of their preferred contractors for the reconstruction phase. Through this arrangement, we were introduced to Concraft. We decided to supplement the insurance payout by undertaking a full remodel of the main bathroom and we additionally decided to also use Concraft to do add on work such as to also completely remodel our other bathroom, install new flooring in our kitchen adjacent to that bathroom, replace our very old fuse panel and install a whole house backup generator outside, and for some other minor work here and there around the house. All told then, we ended up using Concraft for a rather extensive remodel project and I can say that overall we are very pleased with the results. Now that everything is done, the house has never looked better inside, and it has never felt better to live in it thanks to all the improvements, and I can directly attribute this to the quality of workmanship provided by both Concraft’s excellent direct employees as well as their equally excellent subcontractors (plumbing, electrical, and flooring mainly in this case) that were hired for the project. To summarize the most most important aspects of working with the Concraft team during this project, I must state once again that the entirety of the direct hire general construction staff that we encountered were rather exceptional, with each of them being very hardworking, super polite, professional, and rather helpful individuals as was demonstrated each and every time they were onsite. They were, to a person, nothing but mindful towards us and also respectful of our daily routines as they were working in our home. And of course, very importantly, the quality of the results as to the work itself done by this team showed us that they were all very well experienced and skilled in their respective trades and/or in general construction work. As previously stated, the hired subcontractors we dealt with were equally as impressive in their being in general just as polite, skilled, and professional as the main Concraft team. We were also very pleased with the results of each their respective extensive work contributions to the project and we were completely comfortable with each subcontractor team that was sent to our home as far as having them in our home and working with them in general. So as a homeowner having now completed an extensive remodel project such as this one, I can look back and say that my biggest concern going in was, probably obviously, finding the right contractor for said job, as sometimes it can be hard to even define what does it even mean exactly for any particular company to be that right choice? Well thanks to my experience in fortunately finding the right contractor for my needs in Concraft Inc., I can now give a much better definition of what matters most in the end and and it\'s ultimately two simple things I would say: the quality of the work done and the character of the people doing it. On both counts, this company delivered for me and my family. Having said the above, I would also like to recognize and thank some of those individuals who work directly for Concraft: Thank you, Josh, as Project Manager, and Mel, as the Project Coordinator. Both Josh and Mel were very helpful in guiding us through all the various business processes involved in the project and in providing expert assistance regarding things such as making the materials and hardware selections, etc. It was also especially appreciated how flexible and accommodating they both were with us, as homeowners not as familiar with many aspects of this type of work, as we requested certain changes or had additional work requests or questions while work was already in progress. Thank you, Harvey. On the construction side, Harvey came out several times throughout the course of the project to do various construction work tasks and each time the quality of his work was excellent, to say the least. He was very easy to work with, and we found him to be in general just an overall incredibly friendly and helpful individual by nature with also a great attitude and his work ethic was second to none even amongst such a group where all were excellent workers. Anything we needed while he was onsite that he could do for us, Harvey was on it. Any questions we had, Harvey was more than willing to take the time to either share his experience in the field in explaining it or to otherwise reach out as needed to get us the answer. And again, his experience and skill in this field is very evident in the excellent quality of the work he does-and all of his hard work on our behalf for our project was greatly appreciated. Thank you, Stephen. Stephen likewise came out more than once and did great work each time while also being very polite and helpful. He did a lot of the demo work in particular early on in the project, and we really appreciated that he went above and beyond into visibly doing this work in the least obtrusive manner possible while in our home. He also left the demo work area and all other areas very notably clean, especially for considering the nature of such work, and it was visibly obvious that this result was directly the product of a conscious extra effort and attention on his part. Thank you, Abbey. Abbey came out several times to do paint work and the end results of each job she did turned out great. She was very attentive to detail in her both her prep work and her painting but we saw that she especially just put so much more time and effort into the prep work part to get everything just right versus what we have seen in other past experiences with other painters, and we can’t express enough just how much we appreciate all of that extra hard work where she clearly went above and beyond. Overall, she was great work with and have on site with her being friendly, respectful, and mindful in her personal manner while also being very efficient and dedicated as to her work.

Comment: Our Structure Estimator Shaun Schneider has been phenomenal. His professional knowledge of all structures and his caring, calm approach have been terrific. Shaun\'s response time even after work hours is so appreciated. Thank you, Shaun and Concraft!

A large tree fell through our home in August 2025 causing extensive damage both inside and outside our home. Concraft was on site the very next morning (Shawn and Tyler) providing information and plans for us on where to even start! In a very overwhelming situation, Concraft was consistent and reliable. We had a very thorough assessment of the needed work from Bob, which helped the insurance process be as smooth as it could be. Staff explained the repair process through each phase and was patient for all of my questions! Our repair team led by Dakota and Luay were reliable and responsive to questions and requests. Their communication was consistent and timely. Any in person work or meetings that were planned were shared with us in advance to allow us to be present whenever we were able. We had to move out of our home and being displaced was very stressful. Dakota was so understanding and great in getting finishing work pushed through in the beginning of December to make our request of a Christmas at home possible! I don’t know that another contract supervisor would have cared as much about how important Christmas was to us but Dakota did. Concraft staff (Sumer) was great about giving weekly project updates via email and being quick in turnaround of contracts to keep the work moving. We hope to never need these type o services again, but if we do, we will use Concraft!

The contractor was able to come out give me a rough price and was very honest about other routes to go as well

The team members at Concraft were very professional from Melissa in the office organizing the paperwork, Tai in the field managing the crews, the demo crew carefully tearing out all the water damaged areas, Anthony and Cameron doing an excellent job rebuilding, plus the packing crews moving all my furniture carefully during construction.

Reasonable price

When our three year old house had two roof leaks, to say I was upset and stressed is an understatement. Due to the reason for the leaks, there was no warranty coverage and I had to make an insurance claim. We worked with Concraft and I cannot say enough positive things. Every person I encountered was pleasant, happy, polite and patient. All of my questions were answered and I never felt like I didn't understand what was going to happen next. Everyone who visited my home was friendly and I never felt rushed. They worked with my schedule and the final product looks great. How we got here was not fun, but I felt so pleased at the end of the repairs that I had to admit it was an overall positive experience. Scott, Shaun, Crystal, Tyler, Melissa, Josh (both of them) and Marquelle all were absolutely wonderful.

My condo flooded and Concraft was there to the rescue. We are still in construction but so far, I have had a great experienced. Concraft has been so helpful with remediation and reconstruction of the condo. They have been sure to keep me updated every step of the way. I met with Luay and Dakota to do selections and get my home put back together. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable about the materials, and were able to help guide me with color selections. Luay and Dakota took their time. They were thorough and patient while going through all of the options for our project. Special thanks to Dakota who went above and beyond! **Update Dakota is awesome! You guys did great hiring him. He’s been a good communicator. Patient with all of my questions. Very knowledgeable. Friendly and happy to help. I truly appreciate having him as the leader of the crew reconstructing my place. It is almost done and looks AMAZING. I was devastated after having my condo flood. Now, the condo brings me joy instead of tears. Thank you so much team!

Great price We had a large house fire on a Sunday night. Luay was with us the next morning explaining what the steps would be. He was very calming and informative. We also then worked with Dakota who was amazing! He was informative and in constant communication with us all the way through the process. Always had a smile and good news for us! Great price Concraft is the best there is! We had a seamless rebuild - Dakata was so helpful and informed! He was so informative - helped me make so many choices. And always had great advice and a super great attitude. I met Luay the day after the fire and his demeanor really helped me calm down. Comment: I could not say enough good things about this company and the people who work for them. Tyler Hachey project manager was always available to answer any questions I had and was always willing to help. Tai project manager was excellent also her carpenters Anthony, Cameron and the packers and unpackers were all very good and friendly. Everyone I delt with was good at their jobs worked fast and got me in my home by Thanksgiving. I didn\'t know it but my grandson in law said He worked for them years ago and they are a good company. I am so glad I chose them.

My condo flooded last year due to a hot water pipe that burst. Concraft is the team the management company chose for the large task of fixing and restorating the damage from the flood. Dakota has been there through the renovation. There was a hold up on my end and the team was patient while I got everything figured out. Dakota has been knowledgeable, kind, thoughtful, patient and extremely helpful. He has been sure to answer all of my questions and promptly address any issues. Give that guy a raise! The project is now coming to a close and my condo looks amazing. From headache to excitement over the new place. Thank you so much!

Flood mitigating

The condo above mine sprung a leak on the hot water tank at 3:30 am May 19th. It saturated so many places in my unit. The water was even coming down on the outside of my slider. The management company called Concraft and they were out by 5:00 am. I live quite far from them but they made great timing. The emergency mitigation team got things go right away. I had equipment in my place into August. They had to keep checking and removing more and more drywall and flooding. Anyone who knows about condo insurance knows its a nightmare. Everyone tries to say its the other person's responsibility. Bob Majewski was assigned my claim and he assigned to Tai Martin was the project manager. Once she was assigned the work got done so quickly and efficiently. She runs a great crew. I was in this business for over 20 yrs on the insurance side. I would have been thrilled to work with her to bring a claim to closure. Chris and the mitigation team worked so tirelessly even though my insurance company sadly gave them a hard time.. My unit was completed on October 22, 2025 and while I haven't seen it in person yet I have seen videos and its gorgeous. I would HIGHLY recommend Concraft and i am very hesitant on recommendations. I hope you never have a catastrophe but if you do call Cincraft from the start..

Reasonable price Concraft restored my bathroom after water damage. They outlined all of the work that needed to be done & reviewed the pricing with me. Importantly, they showed up on time & did an excellent job, particularly Cameron, who did the bulk of the work. Thank you!

ConCraft did an excellent job cleaning my home after smoke exposure from a fire in a condo three doors down.

A special thanks to Anthony Wood and his partner! He installed beautifully the tile and cabinets! So polite and pleasant as was his partner. Thank you goes to Tai for coordinating the entire job in spite of sub contractors errors and miscommunication. Talk about a "trooper".

The whole team was incredibly professional, courteous, and efficient from start to finish. They took great care of our home and kept us informed every step of the way. The quality of work was excellent, and they made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. Highly recommend! Thank you Steve for going over and beyond, and sending a crew over that you would have in your own home. And always being responsive to messages and or phone calls. I would not ever hesitate to call them back again.
