Comment: From the onset Josh was methodical in arranging my repairs. Ty the Team\'s leader saw to it that the assigned Team was on time and skilled in the area of repair. Anthony was extremely professional and kept me abreast of every step of my repairs.

Workers were outstanding, fast and thorough.

During the coldest week of the year (January 2025) a pipe burst in my condo building- Concraft was there almost immediately to remedy and start to rebuild after this catastrophic event. My project manager, Mark, has been an absolute Godsend throughout the past 6 months !! He kept in touch constantly, assuring all repairs would be done to my satisfaction- anytime I needed him to come over and check on anything he was there. I can’t say enough wonderful things about him and his company. Compassion and professionalism are so appreciated when disasters happen in one’s home, and because the association of my condo didn’t reach out, check on me or even seem to care, Mark was my sanity and lifeline!! Comment: Mike was courteous and patient. We discussed our concerns and he addressed each. The project did drag on longer than we would have liked, mostly due to difficulties with scheduling certain trades.

Excellent company...High recommend. People are kind, efficient...Project manager and crew were more than professional. I needed my garage and brick damage done by a specific date...Manager pitched in and restoration complete. Highly recommend...Worked with Kendra, Tai, Anythony, and a little with Cameron. I recently used Concraft for water damage repairs. The entire team (Mark and Robert) were incredibly kind, professional, and respectful of my space. They took the time to explain every step of the process. They worked efficiently and cleaned up very well after the project was done. I truly appreciated their care and attention to detail.
