Comment: In recent serious thunderstorms, a tree branch fell onto my roof creating a hole where water was entering my home. Shaun responded very quickly and sent Anthony who removed the branch & covered the hole temporarily to keep water out. Excellent service from both representatives.

Comment: Just wanted to thank all the people involved with getting our house back to its original way it was before. I'd like to thank the crew that came to dry out the downstairs and the crew that helped get it back in shape. In short, the experience wasn't something we wanted to happen, but it did and we're grateful for choosing your company to help us through it.

Dakota Orsini should be recognized as a very capable employee to deal with all situations on a daily basis. We feel he will do his best and understands our side of all problems and conveys such to luay. Dakota is a keeper!

I am so impressed with the professionalism that every person has shown. I have a water loss and from the mitigation team to now the demo team these guys have been great. WIL, Tanner, Jimmy, Chris, Alan, Damari, Mark ( i hope I didnt miss anyone). have all been great. They have been on time, very careful in every part of this. I don't know if they are doing the reconstruction buy I hope they do. I have a great deal of faith in what they have done so far and can only imagine that the rest would be great. BTW, i was a property claim and specialist for over 20 years so i do know how this is supposed to go. Good guys here on my job

Comment: The contents packing division of Concraft did a phenomenal job. They were tasked with the large undertaking of packing up both levels of our home so we could get all new flooring due to water damage. The crew of Madison, Melissa, Ryan, Brit, Mitch, and Gage worked tirelessly and moved everything out of the way so the damaged floor can be removed and new floor put in. They were careful and respectful with our belongings and asked questions to make sure we had what we needed!
