Comment: The best way to sum up the services given to my client one night is to say AWESOME! My insured's office was broken into in the middle of the night and property destroyed. We were not sure who we could get at that time of the night or what our options were. It only took one phone call to reach your office. Someone came out and work was done thru the night to secure the premises which gave my insured ease of mind. I want to take this time to thank you for a job well done!

Comment: Some suggestions for improvement: Move through job of finding / drying water, Better cleanup, More communication to ensure equipment working / doing what it's supposed to be doing. Educate owner on what to do if get power loss etc. from equipment.
