Comment: Everyone was great! We so much appreciate all the time and trouble taken by Mark to chase down replacement shelving for us at IKEA. He never gave up, and stuck to it in the face of many obstacles. He truly want the extra mile and we are very grateful.

I am completely happy with their service. We had a flooded basement and they took care of repairing the egress window area (where water came in), paining, and replacing the carpet. Nick was on top of everything at all times. I've dealt with many contractors but Concraft is definitely one of the best out there. I highly recommend!

We have been extremely happy with the patience and professionalism of everyone we have had contact with from Concraft, from their remediation crew to their restoration crew.
