Comment: Just want to say Thank You for all your help in the remediation and reconstruction work. It's been a long process and we really appreciate that the repair is now complete. I am especially grateful the reconstruction was completed without any issue. It was well planned and executed timely as originally scheduled. I know it takes a lot of effort to coordinate this and we sincerely thank you for making the tight timeline possible.

Comment: Mike Gross was always on top of things. In making sure staff were here to do the job and letting me know what was being done and when. Mike was always very professional. An asset for Concraft for sure. Jeff, Sal and Harvey ware all very hard workers, very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job in the bathroom! Chris and his staff worked very hard, always on time and very professional. I think they ALL should be mentioned, I felt they were very loyal and did their work with no complaints. Joe Gimput, the Mitigation Manager, was very good at explaining what to expect. Everything was done as he said. Matthew Skubick communicated extremely well. Always very pleasant with me in my many calls to him. it was a pleasure to work with him. Your company made things very enjoyable for me.

Comment: I wasn't happy with the length of time it took to complete the job. Also, the painting was rough with paint spilling over to the moldings.

Comment: I cannot say enough good things about everyone who has been out to help! Chris, Tryg, Josh and Luis were very mindful to lay runners down and were always very polite, knowledgeable and hard working. They didn't waste any time in getting to work and the quality of the work was excellent!

Comment: I can't say enough good things about Concraft. Joe was very nice, polite and understanding. Chris and Tryg were so very nice, neat, tidy and organized and wasted no time at all getting the job done! So very happy that they came out and took care of a problem that has been going on for quite awhile. I admire their work ethic and want to make sure that they are recognized for the great job they did!
