Comment: Work/Restoration exceeded my expectations. Crew was courteous, friendly and very professional. My only complaint was communication with Angelo could have been better. I was not sent updates regarding upcoming work dates. I needed to contact Angelo to know when his crew was coming. But his reply's were very prompt.

Comment: I feel things were just placed in each room in a box or on the bathroom counter. Not labeled as where it came from or what it was. Hard to find. But hasn't been too bad. Otherwise, great. Thank you.

Comment: The wheels (dirty) on the equipment ( de-humidifier and air purifier) made stains on my light colored carpeting. I had to contact the contractor about an appointment for this clean-up procedure. I suggest that the wheels be wiped each time before entering someone's home.

Comment: Staff was great!! Especially Matt! Would have been a higher rating but discovered that the removable windows to Jeep soft top had scratches from being moved. Matt was great to work with. I would definitely recommend Concraft.
