Comment: In June of this year, our commercial building was damaged by straight line winds and hail. My insurance company assigned the repairs to Concraft with Damien Lipe overseeing the repair project. At all times and at all phases of the repair process, Concraft's employees and representatives were polite, informative and professional. Repairs were completed as promised and on time. Questions were always answered in an honest and complete manner. I highly recommend Concraft, Damien Lipe, his crew and subcontractors to anyone needing construction services.

Comment: All of the staff working at the house were polite and did very good work. Communication on appointments and actual times was ( at times) very confusing. Confirmation through email would have been extremely helpful. Communication with project director ( not staff) was somewhat frustrating. The entire project took 2 months. While I realize some of this was because of the insurance company, it was very frustrating over the 2 month period.

Comment: Towards the end of the drying, there was a lot of confusion about whether or not the floor was dry and when to take out the equipment. Each tech had told us something different, one guy said it was almost dry and the very next day the next guy said it wasn't even close.
