Comment: Right from the start, Aneil Kersey impressed me with his efficient, professional manner - an approach that not only inspired confidence, but generated the results I was looking for. I needed an effective solution to the problem of water mitigation and mold remediation. By partnering with Mr. Kersey, I have been able to consistently minimize my overall involvement in these types of projects. In the past, I've found myself all too involved with ensuring the work was done quickly and efficiently. I no longer have to monitor the restoration as status updates are always given promptly and the work is performed in a professional manner. My co-owners never hesitate to express their satisfaction with Mr. Kersey, Concraft as a company and its employees. Comment: I had no problems with Concraft employees, but subcontractors need to clean up when done for the day and have their own cleaning equipment (mops, brooms, vacuum, etc.) Again, subcontractors need to pay more attention to detail and be more careful of customer belongings. Joe is an outstanding manager. He always listened to me and took care of any problem I had with work being done and took care of it.
