Comment: When moving furniture out of the library, Sal Bonino notices one of the desks drawers bottom was detaching from the frame. Immediately, he took the time to glue it back. That's the extra mile you really appreciated from contractors.

Comment: It was a good experience working with Damien Lipe and Matthew Skubick. They both did a detailed evaluation and completed the statement of requirements. I have referred Concraft to my neighbors in my sub. It was a challenge working with the insurance adjuster who was contracted to review the damage and it delayed the start of this process. It was no reflection on Concraft. We both worked together to get this job started!

Comment: All of your employees were very courteous. My only complaint was that the employee that replaced the ceiling tiles in the basement was also suppose to redo the floor moldings in the kitchen, but he wasn't told that. So another appointment had to be made for that. It was taken care of promptly the following week. Thank you. I was pretty picky but he worked at the molding until I was satisfied.

Comment: The men that came out for our project were exceptional. I'd like your company to know what a very professional and caring job the Bob Majewski did for us. He stayed in touch with me during all phases of the project, and I felt very confident in his oversight of the work.
