Comment: Matt and the first employees on site when the basement was first flooded were very friendly and helpful! They made a stressful experience much less upsetting. Overall was a very good experience. But, the response time on the construction redo was rather slow and there were some annoying delays in scheduling. Also, we felt that there was too much of an emphasis on a down payment for the redo and final payment on receipt. We felt this came across as though we were dead beats and we obviously are not.

Comment: From Bob, who was the first guy on the scene, to Harvey, to Clarence, Terrance, Sal and of course Angelo - All provided outstanding and friendly service. All were polite, very considerate and good looking too! I would highly recommend Concraft to everyone I know and even those I don't. You guys rock!! Thank you so much!!

Comment: Came over quickly after flood. We appreciated that very much. Thank you! Our phone was not working when we found out when AT&T came out that our phone line in the basement was cut. I know it was not done on purpose but when carpet was ripped out the phone line was torn. Just letting you know. As I said, I'm sure it was an accident. Your service was great. We just don't like to be called, we are elderly.

Comment: After my first phone call to Concraft, they responded very fast to get to us from the Aug 11th flood and clean our basement but I was not told how much the whole cleaning would cost us and was quite surprised when we received the second half of our bill and to find out were were charged for things we shouldn't have been charged for. The bill was, however, corrected.

Comment: The guys that did the actual work were excellent. The estimators / project managers were terrible - very evasive & not transparent about the costs - I am therefore very distrustful of the amounts & process. I feel me and my insurance co were ripped off. Would never recommend.

Comment: Communication about items to be removed ahead could be better. Told us at time of estimate that it was okay to leave clothes in garment bags in basement. But insisted they be removed day of cleaning. I was not prepared. Thank you.

Comment: All of the people involved with this project were outstanding. This includes the two who took the wall paper off and who did the final clean up. Great Job People! If it is not broken don't fix it!
