Comment: Mike Gross did an excellent job scheduling and managing all parts of the project. He always kept us informed and personally took care of all our questions or needs. Clarence Odom - Great attitude and he had a personal interest in doing a great job for us.

Comment: Mike was very good to work with and informed me on everything. Great guy to work with. Sal was very helpful, tile guy did a great job too. Only problem was the dry wall (original) person who didn't show 2 times so Mike brought in the Concraft guys.

Comment: Mike Gross did a wonderful job with the restoration and renovations of my home after a March 9 house fire. Extremely helpful and caring of my situation. He made a horrific time much easier to deal with. Very dependable. I so appreciate all he did for me. He made me feel very comfortable while working with him. Very professional yet easy going. Many many thanks to Mike for all you've done for me. I also want to mention Cookie who helped me move back into my home. I had over 100 boxes of various shapes and sizes to unpack and find places for. She was very fast and efficient and very nice to work with. A huge help to me. Many thanks to you Cookie. Comment: Bob was great with the insurance company. They were not returning my calls and he kept with them until we were good to go with repairs. Additionally, Sal and Jim and crew were all very courteous! They always cleaned up and were very respectful. Hard workers!! Angelo did a great job making sure all final touches were taken care of. He went above and beyond what was needed.
