The Concraft Team of Tai (Project Manager), (Carpenters) and (Project Coordinator) did an excellent job mitigating and repairing the water damage from my refrigerator water line leak.Communication was good as they executed the various steps in the process.I would recommend Concraft to others needing similar services.

Comment: Tyler was great to work with and get to know. However all of my interactions with your employees were positive. You have a good crew. There were a couple of times I had to wait 15 minutes to meet at the job site.

Comment: Anthony did exceptional work. Holly did an excellent job painting walls and trim. Even though Concraft "sufficiently" communicated with us, at times, communication was sporadic and could have been better.

Totally responsive responsible, caring, and attention to detail is extraordinary. Workmanship second to none. On time every time. Call ahead and always there to respond to questions. Would never use anyone else.

The remediation team was very knowledgeable and extremely thorough and made sure our basement was properly dried. The Repair team did excellent work and stayed on schedule. Josh Burrough took over as the project manager after seven(7) months of being ignored and given the runaround. He assured my family that we would have indoor bathing capabilities by the end of October. Like a true professional, he more than kept his word. Catherine regularly notified us of work that was scheduled, dates and times. The crew of Harvey, Abbey, and Annalisa were professional, polite, and just a joy to have working on our property. My wife and kids felt comfortable having them in our home. We do not want to forget about Jim, and the tile crew. They all did tremendous jobs. But as corny as it may sound, Josh B. Harvey, Abbey and Annalisa felt like part of our official family. Truly Blessed,

We had a kitchen fire last year and ConCraft was the contractor assigned by our insurance company to restore the damage. I cannot say enough positive things about how the restoration job was performed. The ConCraft project manager and his crew were efficient and professional throughout the entire process. Every step of the restoration process was explained in specific detail. The quality of ConCraft's work was exceptional! Mark Dubey is a great Project Manager. He is a great communicator, he kept us informed of every aspect of the restoration job. And he's an exceptional listener and does everything to try and minimize the inconvenience of the restoration disruption. I would recommend and use ConCraft in the future without any reservations!
