Comment: I was working with another contractor for about 2 months before Concraft took over the job for our property manager. I was hyper aware because of the poor experience with the previous contractor. I'm very glad Concraft is on the job for me. It's been a fabulous experience and Mark and Tim were very professional.

Comment: Just a short follow up note about restoring our home we have lived in for 50 years. Thank you so much for the quality work. In the scheme of things it can never be fast enough when it comes to your personal property, but we know many people who will be waiting until September or October before their damage is addressed. We feel lucky we got ours done this soon. We were able to thank Catherine and Caitlin in person this morning when we signed the completion form and dropped off the check. Thank you Bob for your speedy assessment of the damage. Thank you Josh for your coordination of the work and workers and getting the work scheduled so promptly. Comment: From start to finish all of the Concraft employees have been fantastic. Nick and Kendra first came out to evaluate the damage to my house. They wrote up their report and got it approved by USAA. Josh, the Project Manager, has been SO NICE to work with! Josh and Catherine were very good at keeping me up to date on the progress. Catherine would send an email or give me a call to explain when anyone was going to be working on my house. Harvey came to put in my new kitchen window - he did such a neat and clean job. The next day he replaced a damaged railing on my deck and power washed the entire deck! He went far beyond his job. Abbey came to paint around the new window in the kitchen. She matched the original paint and got a new gallon of paint to use!! I am blessed to have a new roof, new siding, window and fence around my garden. Thank you all SO VERY MUCH for your kindness and outstanding professional work!

Comment: Worked around my time constraints to make my visit convenient.

I'd recommend Concraft to anyone asking. When my basement flooded they were my saving grace. Other places were going to charge a lot more for a lot less. Concraft came in and got my basement cleaned up and put back together with zero hassle and didn't break the bank. Everyone that worked on it was very friendly and professional.
