Catherine was quick to answer my inquiry and kept me up to date. Crew came out and took down our carport that flipped onto side neighbors house. They were friendly and fast. Cleaned it all up. Great price! Would highly recommend!!

We have been working with Concraft for a few years now on different home issues. When emergencies occur you are always upset, worried and feel as if you were at the mercy of the repair contractors. I can say that we lucked out, Concraft has been a wonderful company to work with, from mitigation thru full repair. Our project manager, Nick, has always responded to our calls promptly and walked us thru the repairs seamlessly. This company and its’ employees have been exceptional in every way. They responded immediately to my call for help when I discovered standing water in my basement. Comment: 11 out of 10! First off, I would like to mention a few names that really made this journey seamless and they are Mark Dubey, Bob Majewski and the man known only as Sal. They were all truly instrumental in a successful restoration of my property, and I cannot thank them enough. I will definitely be referring Concraft to friends and family. If I had to describe the work Concraft has done for me, I would say SECOND TO NONE!

Comment: Harvey is awesome! Does great work and is super kind and nice. Abby, Josh and Melo were very kind and great too. Really appreciate Josh Burrough as well. He was great to work with. We had a tough situation with our floor install but never once did we think Josh was not putting us first. We knew he wouldn't leave us in a bad situation. Also, Robert and Leo the painters were phenomenal!

Comment: Thank you for the great job Concraft has done so far on our condo in Windemere Farms. I would especially like to thank Toni and her crew (Madison, Crystal, Lauren and a few that I didn't get their names) for the great job cleaning out the condo. They were so patient and answered all my questions. Very professional and courteous. They made this experience as smooth as possible and for that I'm extremely grateful.

Comment: Receptionist, Caitlin, was very helpful. Carpenters on the initial job could have done better work. Many joints with gaps, it took for additional trips but they were fixed.
