Comment: Tai Marine: She kept us up to date with what was happening and VERY willing to help us in any way. She was the only one.

Great company and staff. We used their services for a major water leak. They showed up immediately and handled the water mitigation professionally. Then moved on to the repair and did an awesome job as well. From managing the project to doing the drywall, painting and carpet work to providing updates and communication with the main office. Tai, Sal, Tim, Jimmy, Andrew and Josh were very pleasant to work with and super professional and courteous. I would use their services again without a doubt.

Comment: My kitchen project has been completed as of this week. We are completely pleased with the work done by Concraft. Although it was not Mark's project, he supervised the day to day work on a regular basis. He stayed in communication with me weekly and provided updates. Mark has a great attitude and always demonstrated professionalism and so did the Concraft staff. Mark is an asset to the Concraft company! We will share our comments with USAA as well. Great job.

Comment: All employees were courteous and hard working. I appreciated the flexibility to accommodate the days that I couldn't be home.

I had a pipe burst in my basement causing extensive water damages to interior walls, bathroom and flooring I was very satisfied with the remediation and reconstruction work performed by Concraft. Their workers were timely in completing the job and the quality of workmanship was outstanding. The project team assigned to my job was very professional; answered my questions and quickly addressed any concerns regarding project work performance and completion.

Comment: Abby (the painter), Mo (flooring guy) and the demo team were very good at their job. You could better communicate with the customer any time changes and when / who. Maybe do some better research on products.

From start to finish,Concraft has been very helpful when my basement bathroom & laundry room flooded. My project manager was Tia Martin,the absolute best in the business,along with her team Tim(great,great person),Morgan(great communicator),Andrew & Anthony(so very helpful),I was lucky throughout my whole project,with great communication,friendly,knowledgeable,& just plain down to earth great bunch of people. I felt I & my project were in good hands,any concerns were promptly addressed,and all questions answered.
