Concraft was in charge in restoring my condo after water damage at my condo. They were the very best contractors I have worked with in a very long time. I am very pleased to have worked the whole crew: Morgan was always pleasant to help set appointments. Tai was so kind and explained everything. She was so detailed in making sure the job site was protected as well as seeing it thru to the end. Her and her crew, Tim, Andrew, Anthony, Jim, Steve & Abby.. all did a wonderful job. I’m surely going to have them do any of my next projects.

Concraft did a repair for me after a water leakage from my upstairs neighbor, which includes dry wall repair, skimming old texture walls of a small bedroom to smooth, and painting. I had water mitigation and repair work done by Concraft multiple times over the last 5 years, and this was by far the best team/ experience I have ever had. Tai was the project manager, she was attentive and super easy to communicate with. Her team, Sal, Jim and Steve, did an awesome job on my walls, they went above and beyond, there is no details were missing. Not only everything is repaired, it is now much better than before, and that only took them three days. I highly recommend Tai, Sal, Jim, and Steve, they were very easy to work with and delivered high quality work.

After massive flooding in our area, our community had basements with both water and sewage. Concraft was contacted. From the initial consult with Damien to Mike And his crew of 4, they ROCKED my job! They were efficient, friendly, answered all my questions, worked exceptionally well together and did a fantastic job. I couldn't be happier knowing my basement is now clean and sanitized! Comment: After the storms blew through our area of Michigan on August 23rd, our townhouse community had multiple basements flooded with water & sewage. Management contacted Concraft on our behalf. From Damiens initial consult to Mike Martins crew (2 additional men and 2 women), they ALL ROCKED my job! They were friendly, knowledgeable, answered ALL my questions, worked exceptionally well together and got the job done! I HIGHLY recommend this company!

My building experienced a flood recently and Concraft saved the day. Suzette Novak was immediately available for us to call and had a crew out to work on our situation immediately. Suzette was very professional during the whole process and followed up with us to make sure we were satisfied with the work completed. I would highly recommend Concraft for any restoration projects.

In response to a flooded basement , the crew from Concraft was at my home and began the process to restore my basement almost as immediately as I contacted them. Nick W and Armando were not only professional, they showed concern for the wellbeing of my property and reassured me of their process and the steps they were taking along the way to repairs. The care they took to preserve the materials in my basement will not only save me time and money but showed what respect they have for their customers. They were on top of every detail. Very conscientious, Nick kept me informed at all times and if he was out, Melissa answered my questions. Very professional company. Would surely refer them to anyone needing their services.

We worked with Luay, Kevin, Sumer and Matt on rebuilding a condo that was nearly a total loss from a fire. They made working on a tragic situation as painless as possible. They were responsive and professional. We received weekly updates during the 14 month rebuilding process and everyone we worked with was kind and conscientious. We’re very happy with the rebuilt condo. We would definitely use their services again if needed.
