Comment: Summer from their office is super! All my damage is outside, major storm tore through our neighborhood and left huge down trees-my electrical mast and meter were ripped from my roof and house. My insurance company contracted with ConCraft and I have been in constant contact with Summer-she worked diligently Thursday to get an electrician out to put up a electrical mast and meter box so that DTE would agree to reattach power to my house-sure enough 7:30 Friday morning they were here-Summer then got a carpenter out the same day to temp repair my roof in case of rain. Summer is just so attentive and really hustled for me so that I would have power again before the long weekend. There is still roof, gutters, siding and fence work to do so look forward to continuing to work with this company.

They set up an enclosure for a week to deal with water damage from a leak. Very professional and courteous staff.

I would highly recommend this place. Everyone that came out to clean-up were great. The staff from office to management to crew were very friendly, helpful and professional. They definitely helped with the stress that comes along with the issue. I would use them again if I had to. Thank you Concraft!

Our home ‘Condominium burned, in November of last year two days before Thanksgiving what a challenging experience…. ConCraft project manager Luay worked very hard with all the young men that worked in our home , they were very respectful , to make sure our home was completed, decent and in order for us to be able to move back in our home just in time for my 62 birthday in May. 😁😁🥳🥳 …Thank you Luay and ConCraft.

Luay Shino helped guide me through every detail at Stonebrooke of Southfield Condos during a fire loss and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. He came out and met me in the middle of the night and handled everything. 5/5 and would recommend him and Concraft to anyone!

We were very pleased with Concraft. The people at Concraft are all very professional and nice, from the receptionist Katelyn to all the people sent out to work on our crawlspace. Sack, Nikki and Earl really worked so hard to make sure everything was right. They are very good employees for Concraft and represent them excellent! We would highly recommend this company!

Had a great experience with Luay and the Concraft Team. They did a total demolition and construction of my parents condo that was destroyed by fire. I would recommend them to anyone.

At the end of 2021, I discovered water damage and a mold disaster at my 93 yr old Mother's home. Since the first day Tyler came to assess the damages, I knew we were in good hands with Concraft. He was exceptionally kind, professional, reassuring, and thorough. He explained the process of remediation and restoration so I could understand the entire process. I greatly appreciated knowing that I could contact him at anytime with questions.

Then the work began. I must send a BIG SHOUT OUT to Cody, the lead technician of the great team of workers who came to set up the containments, and begin the entire demolition and cleaning. He is amazing! He patiently worked with us to rearrange furniture and appliances to allow my Mother to function as best as possible, despite being questioned repeatedly due to her dementia.

Kind, considerate, punctual, professional...Cody was always first to come and last to leave. He went above and beyond to make certain we were satisfied , all the while getting his work done.

(On a side note, Cody to the rescue! A plumber doing work at the house caused a "waterfall" cascading two floors down! Without hesitation , he began to remediate. We can never thank him enough for that.)

So next comes the restoration, and we wouldn't have any other company do the work. Thank you, Concraft, for a quick and efficient first phase. We look forward to the second half of the project, and a happy ending to my story!

The entire process was done quickly and efficiently. Both Sal S. and Jeff (carpenters) did an outstanding job in putting the kitchen and basement back in perfect order All the workers were very efficient polite and very careful with all the work that had to be completed

Cody Stepanian was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and a very hard worker. Melissa was super nice in the phone and they did a great job overall.

From start to finish such a nice crew of guys. Dominic came and inspected the whole job when finished. What a nice and caring man to work with. Also Earl, Zack and Chris were on the job and can’t say enough nice things about the whole crew. Very professional and cleaned up everything every time they came in and out of my house. They were here for 3 weeks. Did a great job! Thank you
