My dad, who is 97, was admitted to the hospital during this time unexpectedly, so I had to leave each day for a few days. ALL CONCRAFT workers were dependable, professional, and trustworthy. I left and just left them to their work and told them to lock up on the way out. They were AWESOME! Job well done!

Comment: Tyler was wonderful with the water loss I had in my home. I have a tenant who was very leery of the chemicals used to sanitize and Tyler explained everything and made her feel at ease. I cannot say enough good things about Tyler. He was very professional and generous. It's wonderful to have large companies like Concraft that still care about people and takes the time to show them.

Comment: Tyler was especially kind and helpful in accommodating my needs and requests in a long distance situation. However, after I took his advice and ordered and paid for the Environmental Testing I never heard back regarding his interpretation of those findings. I really needed that very much and got too busy to write before this. I also arranged with him to check on pricing and getting back to me about a new front door and screen door. It is still my greatest heartache and worry that the main entrance may lack necessary security.

Bob and Jeff did a great job on everything. Sal and Jim did a great job of painting and putting things back in order. Nice people to work with. Mike Gross was very nice to work with also did a nice job on everything.
