Comment: Great Job! Maybe a breakdown of what their schedule is each day. I would have done things a little different. I would have had them come back to do floors or maybe NOT do them. I messed them up! I also have to unload the whole pod to the garage - to save $ 200.00?

Comment: Nice Company to work with. We were satisfied with all workers and staff. The carpet cleaner person did his job in too much haste. Some things could have been moved and then cleaned. Looked as if he was playing " beat the clock". One person cleaning rugs may not be enough to do a real good job.

Comment: I'd like to compliment Steve, George, Tyler and Antonio. I wanted to make sure I told someone about the crew. Initially I was very upset but everyone was polite and helpful. I'm telling all my friends about Concraft.

Comment: I feel as if I had not kept calling to checked the status, I would still be waiting to get my floor fixed. The claim was started with PRS on 8/16 - Concraft came 8/27and it took until 10/5 to get flooring installed - to me that was too long for such a small job. I was not home when the contractors actually did the work but, my mother said they were all very nice and courteous. I am very satisfied with the installation. You need to speed it up a little.

Comment: As an insurance agent, I have nightmare stories about companies called to perform insurance claim work - but in 11 years, I have never come across anything but compliments on the crew at Concraft! Every customer sent to Concraft has given an unsolicited thumbs up on all aspects of the Concraft job. The staff at Concraft are service oriented, friendly and competent to perform any and all insurance repairs from remediation to re-build. I would absolutely used Concraft again!

Comment: 3/5 - Do not use as a reference - 2 Bedrooms painted, the color I picked did not look the same. Malted Milk it is too pink. And there is a loud noise in attic above where work was done. And damage was only when it is windy - it is a loud crackling sound. I did mention this during work construction. This was not heard before.
