Comment: Tom and Harvey helped me get my cat, Oreo, out of the basement ceiling when he got trapped up there over the weekend that the floors were drying. Employees were helpful and courteous beyond any expectations. Very happy with the work completed.

Comment: Tom was responsive at all hours during the early part. Brought his own tent stakes to secure temporary fencing for our dog. Mike Gross was very responsive and professional.

Comment: The tarp specialist, roofing staff and shed cleaning staff were all professional and efficient in performing the assigned tasks. It took more than 4 months to have my garage roof replaced. As a result, for 3 solid weeks it rained straight through the garage ceiling into the garage, soaking the drywall ceiling and causing more damage. I would still recommend Concraft to others but only after my drywall has been replaced without me having to file a new claim with my insurance company.

Comment: Provided temporary fencing and steps for our dog before we returned from vacation. Responded promptly when water got through tarp after rainstorm. There was a long wait for the subcontractors for some things which was frustrating at times but overall, very pleased.

Comment: The mitigation team was thoughtful in leaving a container of disinfectant that he was using so I can clean items that came into contact with the standing water. The restoration team treated my home as if it was their own. Tom provided helpful tips from how to beautify, improve securing and increase my energy savings. Every day it was a joy to have Tom as a guest. Another employee I'd like to recognize is Damien for speaking with my home warranty company to provide the balance for me to hire a plumber to install a new sump pump and Jason for communicating with his on call plumber to perform installation at a lower rate. From mitigation to repair, Concraft treated my home as if it was theirs. The teams were thoughtful, kind, and transparent. In terms of communicating each stage of the process in getting me back to the state before the untimely event had occurred. Thank you Concraft!
