Comment: Tyler managed the project and provided ongoing advice that was extremely helpful. I'm a novice and his staff (e.g. Sam, carpenters, floor installers) were very professional and did a superb installation job. Tyler also did full installation of my closet doors (after Concraft painted them) - went the extra yard for excellent customer service and experience.

Comment: Chris and his helper did an amazing job of clean up. Tyler and Bob were efficient and gave good explanations. Bonnie worked magic on the wallpaper. Mike has been awesome, always on top of communications / delivery dates / installation. All work has been superior quality. From start to finish, any minor issues were promptly addressed and completed.

Comment: The experience with Concraft was exceptional. Our PM, Mike Gross, did everything within his power to ensure that the restoration went smoothly. Mike went over and above in order to facilitate a normal return to our home. He helped in making a miserable experience so much better! All of the subcontractors did an outstanding job as well!
